Blame The Lawyers For What The Doctors Did

A guy goes to a doctor for a problem. The doctor makes the wrong diagnosis or screws up the treatment and the man suffers permanent injury. So the man hires a lawyer to sue the doctor. Tell me again why the lawyer is the problem here.
