Conservatives Cringe As McCain Flounders

Is it just me or is McCain blowing up? He sounds disjointed and he's repeating himself with the 'congeniality' catch phrase. Plus he suggested some sort of bizarre spending freeze. What the hey? You want to freeze government spending?
