Announce a large scale decisive attack to dampen your opponents criticisms and allow yourself to point to your actions but schedule it so close to the election that the results of any action, or lack thereof, will not be known till after the election. Promises, promises, this is a lot like Bush standing under the Mission Accomplished banner which he later disavowed. Let's get this guy out of office.
