An amazing acheivment to break an 84 year old record and in the process also set the record for hits over a four year span, 921 if I remember. Aside from Ted Williams .406 BA and the 56 consecutive game hitting streak the only big mark left now is Hack Wilson's 190 RBIs in one season. Ichiro has a shot at two of those.
