Chipping Away At The ADA

Don Regan, a Republican who is running against Capps in November, said he supports giving businesses extra time to comply.
"It's a necessary amendment to the ADA under the current circumstances," Regan said.
Despite the fact that the ADA has been on the books more than a decade, Regan said, many business owners are still unaware of the requirements and would comply if they knew about them.
