Calling the Better Business Bureau in New Hampshire

Phone rings once or twice and that is followed by thirty seconds of dead silence. Another ring or two and a recorded voice says "Thank you for calling the Better Business Bureau of New Hampshire." More silence and then the sound you get when your call doesn't go through. Disconnected, hang up, try again....same thing. Super service, we're paying these guys for a membership and we can't even get them on the phone. At least they didn't have the gall to say my call was important to them. BTW, the number is 603-224-1991.
