Southwest Airlines - You Are Now Free To Wonder If Your Life Is About To End

>>The audit was triggered after the agency found fatigue cracks in six Southwest Boeing 737 planes, leading to a proposed $10.2 million fine, the largest in the agency's history.<<

$10.2 million doesn't seem like much of a fine for an outfit as large as Southwest Airlines. Especially since it's only a proposal so far. Does it/will it ever amount to any kind of punishment? And who gets the money? FAA? The Treasury? How about we make them buy $10.2 million worth of advertising to publicize their failures?
