$10.2 million doesn't seem like much of a fine for an outfit as large as Southwest Airlines. Especially since it's only a proposal so far. Does it/will it ever amount to any kind of punishment? And who gets the money? FAA? The Treasury? How about we make them buy $10.2 million worth of advertising to publicize their failures?
